My passion is working with women during pregnancy and the postpartum period. This is something that is often not talked about enough, so let's talk about it! While preparing for the parenthood, there is so much information and decision making thrown our way. Which can often times result in our mental health being forgotten about or lost in the mix of other obligations. But, by taking care of ourselves, we can then be better partners, parents, and friends. From one mom to another, you got this!
