I am the owner of Simple Threads. I am so excited to collaborate with Harley as mental health is something I feel really passionate about!
I recently became a new mom and it really hit a toll on me. My life changed completely. I unfortunately fell into postpartum depression. It was something that caught me off guard and I also knew very little about it. Many women do not talk about it, and I feel like it's a shame because a lot of moms go through it. I want people to know that it's okay to ask for help. Something that I struggled with and still struggle with. A lot of guilt and sadness came to me, when I deserved to be enjoying time with my little one. I want more women to be open and others to be aware of what we go through. Not to feel bad for us but to help us. As women we are strong and resilient.
This collection and collaboration is something that I am really proud of. Two mom entrepreneurs joining together to create something to empower not only women and moms, but others with mental health awareness. We hope you enjoy this collection as much as we do. This is just the beginning and we hope to create more items for you.
